Intuition Talks
From the Archives: Saying Hello to Yourself is Loving Yourself
Intuition Talks is under construction! This week I'm sharing an episode from the archives.
How often do we connect with our spirit and say hello? When do we say hello to our heart and body? How can we incorporate this simple practice into our everyday lives for spiritual enrichment, self-care, and healing?
Saying hello to yourself is a simple yet powerful way to give yourself a healing. When we say hello with the intention of connecting with our spirit, heart, and body, we honor our ourselves and validate that we are more than our mind operating a body to get to point A to point B.
I am very grateful to have learned this and other practices in my meditation and clairvoyant training not long after Austin was diagnosed with autism in 2009.
Consider this practice and how it can inspire you to create other ways to honor your spirit, heart, and body - the parts of us that don't get as much attention as the mind.
Much love! xoxo
